Beach!
February21
Today while Isaac and John were at church (I’m a sinner) I walked the beach in search of more shells. My favorite so far are the pinkish purple ones. Isaac wants to get up for low tide at 5:30a tomorrow (best time for shelling) but I don’t think it’s going to happen.
We head out Tuesday morning, so that leaves us with one more beach day. Tomorrow I need to remember more sunscreen… I’m a little (a lot) burned from today…Oops.

I am simply amazed at the quantity of shells – especially your 3rd and 4th pics. Why/how are there so many??
Isaac said the quantity has to do with the gulf water being so warm, the creatures grow faster and therefore shed their shells more. It makes sense. He went out at low tide this morning and found some really unique ones. Pics to come!
